Distance Healing

Distance energy healing is an alternative to hands-on energy work when circumstances (like a pandemic) or physical distance make an in-person session impractical.

Here's how it works.

Initially we connect by Zoom, Facetime or phone to discuss how I may be of assistance to you. You may share with me how you're feeling physically, mentally, emotionally and/or spiritually. I can answer any questions you may have about energy medicine.

Later, I go into meditation and tune in to you.  I do so by projecting my consciousness  through the universal energy field that underlies all creation.  

Next, I assess and balance your energy system.  I receive intuitive images and messages that reflect your current reality but also point to the potential that exists within you.  My readings often include invitations to release a dynamic that is no longer serving you, to make an empowering change of some kind, or to acknowledge your soul-level identity.

If you're sensitive to energy, you may sense subtle inner shifts.  As you incorporate life-giving practices and updated beliefs into your life, outer shifts occur in your everyday reality.

These readings may address physical pain, disease, depression or grief. Intangible dynamics like your habitual thoughts, beliefs and behaviors may also come into play. 

You don't need to be present at a given time to receive these energies, but we can arrange a time for you do do so if you prefer to be present and receptive to inflowing energy.  It feels nurturing to receive support in this way.

After my meditation, I provide feedback either by connecting with you as we did initially or in writing.  There is an additional fee ($49.00) to write up the session.
